I guess i will get my teeth pulled i can not afford the work i need done.Does the same denist who pulls them do your dentures? will i have to be without teeth? how long?my work requires a lot of talking how will that be?
For dentists who do dentures?
I work for an oral surgeon, and we don't like extracting teeth if we don't have too. This is a decision you'll have to make. An oral surgeon should extract the teeth, and usually your general dentist would make the denture. Ideally you would have an impression done prior to the surgery, so your dentures could be made ahead of time. That way they can be placed the day of surgery to minimize swelling. Talking will be a little tricky, it does take some practice. You will need a few follow up appointments to adjust your dentures for comfort. Hope this helps.
Reply:Well...depending on where you go and what kind of job they're doing. Might take some time to heal I'll tell you that! But if it's the same person you'd have to ask them. Make sure you get good anesthesia for your procedure.
Reply:It depends if he has an dental lab. Could be a few days or a week. He has to make a cast and send it out. Once you receive your teeth, you may have to come back a couple of times for adjustments.

I signed up with them online over 2 years ago for all my dentistry work. They have helped me save thousands of dollars from extractions, root canals, cleanings. I know for a fact that all services are included especially orthodontics and dentures in the benefits. They had my membership active in 2 hours and was able to use the same day. I am very thankful.
Good Luck. Hope this helps
