To young to have dentures?
I am 25, and I have *full* dentures. as in top and bottom entirely.

by "permenant dentures" what you are looking for is implants. there are a huge variety of implants, this is pretty much a given that I will get them, since I'm so young. (I have not gotten them yet, but I will be)

they range from simply implants that support the removable denture, to entirely unremovable dentures.

if you talk to your prosthedontist and ask, they might be able to do it themself, or refer you to a specialist.

theres a huge variety of options and costs. dental implants are still a relatively new thing and being developed and experiemented with and such. they are also pretty expensive, the more actual implantations, the more expensive.
