I have dentures and the dentist did not have them made as white as I wanted them. I was wondering if there is?

I really don't have anything else to add, I just want to know if it is possible to whiten dentures?

Unfortunately there isn't any way to whiten dentures... what you see is what you get.

During the 'try-in' stage is when you should have said something to him about making them a little lighter...
Reply:I DO NOT THINK THERE IS ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT. I WAS A DENTAL HYGIENIST AND I SO NOT KNOW OF ANYTHING EXCEPT GET NEW ONES. THAT, OF COURSE, IS A HUGE EXPENSE.
Reply:no there is no way to whiten them by yourself just go back to your dentist and have him have them whitened!!1
Reply:You cannot whiten them. But if you are unhappy with the shade of the teeth, you should go back to your dentist and see about having it remade. Your dentist should have helped you to select a shade of tooth, not pick it himself. Some dentists do what is called a try in, to make sure the denture is the right color and shape and everything is how you want it. But some dentists do not do that, thus not giving you the opportunity to change anything you weren't happy with.
