Should I go ahead with dentures?

I have terrible teeth and am considering having my top teeth pulled and replaced with dentures.I have buck teeth that are large and decaying.I also have chipped teeth. What are the average costs of this procedure in Canada? Any suggestions?Thank You.

Should I go ahead with dentures?
don't get dentures.....get veneers....they drill down your teeth and then replace them with new and straight white teeth
Reply:i thought all medical fees in Canada are free?
Reply:do it if it will make you feel better about yourself
Reply:Check out dental implants as well. The local docs say that your quality of life is better with them.
Reply:I wish I could afford to have it done. After so many pregnancies my teeth are breaking off and are in horrible condition.
Reply:I wouldn't get dentures, I think veneers would be better looking, and easier to deal with than dentures, I don't know exactly how much dentures cost, but I know veneers are probably more expensive.
Reply:all my upper teeth were bad , had all pulled and got dentures. love them and I need to do my lower teeth.

, first have to save and get those pulled
Reply:not sure about canada, but i just got an upper denture and a lower partial here in the US,the cost was around 3500 dollars US.

I am beginning to be able to eat more solid foods after 2 weeks and an most pleased with the fact that i can smile again
Reply:You would make a very silly decision right now and highly regret it when you're much older. There's nothing better than having your original teeth. So you should get off that topic right now.

Although, I do highly recommend you put a little bit of research into Lumineers, as I have heard excellent results and stories from people I've personally dealt with in the past.

Lumineers by Cerinate is a cosmetic procedure. Mind you, it can get very costly. Visit my source for more information and prices.

Good luck!
Reply:Look for a Dental School .They do great work

under the supervision of an Instructor. At any rate,

see a dentist who'll work with you. You'll be glad

you did ... New techniques make most procedures painless too ...Get going
Reply:if this makes you feel better

i have bad teeth that are crooked with coca cola stains and coffee stains and no emanl on myteeth and cacluim decay and they said only thing they cuold do is maybe veneers but i dunno what do to buy you can live with you teeth or maybe get veneers or maybe try teeth briters and teeth streathers
Reply:In Canada It's free until a certain age. I got a denture at 19 yrs old in canada and it was like about $1000.00(In Quebec) (I already had two teeth removed) Check with your dentist he should be able to tell you how much

It is really not expensive compare to USA. I went to the dentist once and he removed one of my tooth and it was like $245.00 just for one!!! in canada it was like $35.00 to get one tooth remove.
Reply:try to save whatever teeth you can and go with p[artials instead. you will never be happy with dentures , you cannot chew your food as efficiently as your natural teeth and the lower dentures are very hard to adjust to unless you have the will of steel

Loose Teeth
