Cleaning your dentures?

i need to no the best solution to clean your dentures to get the plack off

Cleaning your dentures?
SOAK THEM IN POLIDENT !!!!
Reply:You need to use a denture brush and a good toothpaste. Soak your denture every couple of days over night or at least for a couple of hours.
Reply:make a paste of baking soda and water with a tooth brush scrub away.....teeth are fresh and clean.
Reply:Use a toothbrush and toothpaste. DON'T soak them in solutions, they bleach the pink part of the denture (the acrylic part) and can cause it to thin and eventually break.

If you can manage to find one, denture brushes are brilliant. At one point they were being given away by Fixodent in sample packs to dentists, but you should be able to just buy one from a pharmacy.

If you don't wear your denture at night, put it in a glass of water.

Otherwise, just use a toothbrush with a slightly larger head than you would use for your mouth and brush. Remember, you still need to gently brush the surfaces in your mouth - gums and tongue, as plaque will still form in your mouth.
Reply:There is a new foam out that you brush with but I don't know what it is called. Never use regular toothpaste because it will dull the denture finish.
Reply:hygienist knows what she is talking about!!
