If the teeth you will be replacing are already missing, then why not? The visits will consist of impressions, bite registration, shade choice, try-in and insert...
If there will be any extractions involved, check with your OB as to when it's ok... some prefer not to have dental treatment until after the first trimester, and some have restrictions on anesthetics used.
